Our einkorn croissant with apricot is our I Genuini style interpretation of the famous French pastry, famous throughout Europe since the beginning of the last century. It combines the nutritional benefits of einkorn wheat flour with the deliciousness of the classic croissant: the apotheosis of healthy pleasure. Einkorn wheat flour, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (sunflower oil*, shea butter*, water, lemon juice), rice syrup (rice*, barley malt*), natural sourdough yeast (common wheat flour, water), apricot semi-finished product 12% (glucose-fructose syrup from corn*, apricot purée* 20%, pectin, corn starch*, citric acid, natural flavourings), water, sea salt.
