Our corn and rice flour sandwich bread is an excellent product from a nutritional point of view: it offers a good calorie and protein intake as part of a balanced diet for gluten intolerance sufferers.
The corn flour is rich in carotenoids, natural antioxidants, lipids, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, starch and fibre. Corn has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, thanks to the presence of beta-carotene, unsaturated fats and minerals, such as iron, phosphorus, magnesium and potassium. The rice flour is rich in starches and provides the body with a good supply of B vitamins, including B1, B2, B3 and B6, and vitamin E.
