Wholemeal melba toasts with buckwheat and barley, sweetened with agave syrup and enriched with Italian extra virgin olive oil. Excellent for breakfast, or as a bread substitute for meals, with extra flavour from the barley and buckwheat.

Ingredients

Whole wheat flour 33%, barley flour 22%, buckwheat flour 22%, natural sourdough yeast (whole wheat flour, water), agave syrup, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil 2%, sea salt.
