For our einkorn croissant, we have reinterpreted the classic French pastry, famous throughout Europe since the beginning of the last century. A real pleasure for gourmands, without sacrificing a healthy diet: einkorn wheat flour provides vitamins and minerals, such as phosphorus, potassium and magnesium, is low in fat and has a high satiating capacity.
