Our wholemeal khorasan wheat sandwich bread is excellent for spread and filling with sweet or savoury ingredients. Organic and prepared with the flour of a noble cereal, it is ideal for breakfast or a quick but healthy meal. Khorasan wheat flour is rich in proteins and minerals, such as magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, selenium and copper. Highly digestible, it contains vitamins B and E, as well as 16 of the 18 essential amino acids. Its slowly absorbed lipids and carbohydrates guarantee a gradual release of energy throughout the day, ideal for athletes and sports enthusiasts.
