Packed with flavour and all the nutritional properties of khorasan flour: it is rich in proteins and minerals, such as magnesium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, selenium and copper. Highly digestible, it contains vitamins B and E, as well as 16 of the 18 essential amino acids. Its slowly absorbed lipids and carbohydrates guarantee a gradual release of energy throughout the day, ideal for athletes and sports enthusiasts.
