Khorasan wheat apricot tartlets. An excellent snack with Valtellina apricot jam, sweetened with only rice syrup. Ideal after physical activity or as a simple snack, easily digested and healthy thanks to the nutritional benefits of khorasan wheat.

Ingredients

Khorasan Kamut® wheat flour, apricot semi-finished product 15% (glucose syrup, corn fructose, apricot purée* 20%, pectin, corn starch*, citric acid), non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (sunflower oil*, shea butter*, water, lemon juice), rice syrup (rice*, barley malt*), sea salt.
